About the event
Calling All Hands: The Great Tent Takedown!
The season has been a triumph, but the time has come to strike the colors and pack away the canvas. We are looking for volunteers to assist with the decommissioning of the Royal Guard Tent. This is a final opportunity to gather, share some stories, and ensure our equipment is stored safely for the off-season.
We need a dedicated crew to help disassemble the structure, fold the canvas, and prep the gear for transport. Many hands make light work, and the more Guard members we have, the faster we can move from labor to leisure. Plus, you will receive an award at the beginning of the 2027 season for your efforts!
What to Bring
To ensure a smooth operation, please come prepared with:
Tools: Work gloves, mallets, adjustable wrenches, drills, and pliers.
